The living room is a spacious room with a huge window front and direct incredible sea view. It offers a comfortable sofa area with smart TV, a sun chill area facing the sea and a dining table for 4 people. Air-conditioning and a ceiling fan are available in this room. It gives access to a huge terrace with sun nearly all day long.

Kitchen:
The very modern and high quality kitchen is openly integrated in the living room and offers everything you need. From the cooker, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and even a dishwasher.

Best view

Amazing flat. Spectacular view from living room of the sea. Quite a few steps to get down to the flat and back up but worth it. Lift down to the bleach a blessing.

A perfect getaway

We had a fabulous holiday at La Roca bungalow. Communication with Bettina from start to finish was excellent. Very helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is in a perfect location. The spacious, private balcony is ideal for sun worshippers and there are plenty of bars and restaurants only a short walk away. We will be back!

Outstanding Property

This is a fantastic place to stay. The large balcony offers a lot of privacy and gets the sun practically all day. Indoor space is expansive and the modern kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely be back.

Sea view

Arrived just after spain had a huge sandstorm which affected everywhere with a remnant of orange sand. The apartment had been cleaned but everday of the beginning of our holiday it just kept coming back and making the terrace a bit unpleasant, however, the owner came himself to sort it out, which made it much better.( it could not be blamed on anyone as it was weather related) Very attentive staff and owner. Lovey modern apartment with good quality fittings although a little injection of decorative warmth would not go amiss.

The property is set into the side of a hill and has a steep decent , not suitable for disabled or elderly . The property is very damp . The property has been tarted up but is old and dated . The view is onto a large flat roof full length with an aerial included . You can see the sea but it ruined by the roof witch covers it . The bedding was old and well used as were all untensils . Not every one can be fooled by a cheap bottle of Cava . This is the worse holiday I ever had . There are no English tv channels when we ask about this we were told to go for a walk instead . I would never recommend this holiday property.

Traumhafter Bungalow

Sehr edel eingerichteter Bungalow, ideal für zwei Personen. Herrliche Terrasse mit tollem Blick aufs Mittelmeer. Obwohl abgeschieden im Berg gelegen, sind Strandpromenade und Zentrum mit den vielen Bars, Kneipen und Restaurants sehr schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen, und wir wollen wiederkommen.
