Air-conditioning (air conditioning Mitsubishi). Solar panels for hot water.
It has a magnificent terrace of 31 m2 with motorized awnings with sun and wind sensors and a solarium of 57 m2, fully equipped (barbecue, sink, 2 tables, 12 chairs and 4 loungers).
