Great location just needs a spruce up!

First of all there are a lot of positives for this hotel. It’s literally right outside the train station so from landing in Malaga and taking the 10 min train ride you’re then in the hotel. It’s right near La Nogelera bar area so you’re spoilt for choice for bars, restaurants and shopping. Location is perfect. However, the hotel is a little tired looking both inside and out. One lift isn’t working. Our room looked out into an area with other balconies all facing into it. One of them had a boxing punch bag, a wall mounted TV and two massive dogs roaming (and barking) on it. It just felt a bit off. Wasn’t entirely sure if that was part of the hotel or not. The little kitchen complete with hob, microwave and fridge was great and handy for when we couldn’t be bothered going out. The bathroom was in need of a renovation as the shower was just the shower tray with a weak mixer tap type shower and a curtain. This could easily be turned into a decent bathroom. I’m undecided whether I’d stay here again. It was a good price and the location was perfect but some of the tired and weathered aspects of it might put me off.

No oven no tea towels no drainer for dishes when washing up,utensils like potato peeler or a sharp knife missing for cutting vegetables.Bathroom no hand gel.AC left very low power and just came over the bed.Otherwise small but very nice clean apartment very convenient for everything.

The location is excellent—it's in the central area. Communicating with the manager was easy. The flat needed some maintenance. The washing machine didn't work well, leaking water through the room. The mattress was not comfortable and lumpy.

Literally steps away from centre and train station. Exceptionally clean apartment. Very run down outside. Felt like a prison from my apartment as it was inner room. No sun all day. No privacy.

This was a nice apartment building. It’s not gorgeous 5* or anything, but it had all we needed and was a great base for exploring the area. The front door is very close to the Torremolinos train station. The location is right in the main shopping area, it’s full of cafes, restaurants and touristy shops. The beach is only a 10-15minute walk away. The apartment was spacious and clean. If the guy at reception isn’t in when you arrive or if you need something, you’ll need to phone a Spanish number to get someone to come down to assist you. Our guy was very helpful.

Basic, but cheap accommodation

The property is centrally located, easily accessible from the train station, which is a two minute walk. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach. The building is in need of a revamp, but is clean and comfortable. Basic cooking facilities are provided; the shower has a curtain, which requires a skill balancing water pressure, to prevent the floor being soaked! My room had a courtyard view, which received little sun. There was a family living below, who had a couple of dogs…it would have been nice if they had cleaned up more often. Having said that, the property still represents decent value for the cost, and I would probably stay there again.

Stayed here before in May, 2024. Property is 2 min from Train and about 9 min walk from bus and bus tours in the area. Apartment has everything you need for a great stay. Very close to all the nightlife, major grocery stores, restaurants/shopping. Will stay again.
