Fully renovated and opened in October 2022, this 45 m² apartment sits in the heart of Bajondillo, Torremolinos' beachside quarter: Bajondillo beach is 130 metres away, La Carihuela beach 300 metres, and bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are less than 50 metres from the front door.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a lounge with sofa bed and Smart TV, plus a bathroom with shower, air conditioning with heating and free WiFi. The kitchen comes fully equipped: ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, Italian-style coffee maker and Dolce Gusto capsule machine, electric kettle and all the essentials. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, with extra blankets and a duvet in winter.

The location is among the best rated in Torremolinos (9.5 on Booking): a quiet pedestrian street by the seafront promenade, with the town centre and Calle San Miguel a short uphill stroll away. Torremolinos train station is 450 metres away (a 7-minute walk) and the C1 line reaches Málaga Airport in about 10 minutes; a taxi takes around 15. There is no private parking, but free parking is available on the seafront promenade (150 m) and a paid car park is 400 m away.
