This modern and lg. apt was decorated in full IKEA mode, blacks, whites and grays. It seemed like all the appliances and furnishings were very new. I appreciated having all of the appliance manuals right there on the shelf. It was also wonderful having a washer in the apartment! The apt was very centrally located with a marvelous view from the large balcony. It was a short distance down the hill to a market, a flower shop and an Italian restaurant. As the weather, when I stayed there in Jan. and Feb. 2026 was unusually cool and rainy, it was nice to have the room heaters to warm things up. The bathroom facilities were excellent and the water pressure and temperature were superior. Actually, the water temp. was probably set to 140 Fahrenheit and could burn me if I wasn't careful. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the refrigerator was a good size. When I didn't eat out, I purchased food at the nearest market or at the closest Aldi, having walked or ridden the bus. The bus system in Torremolinos is awesome. I bought a bus pass and refilled it several times at the local tobacco shops. There were stops located very close to the apt. You could travel to Malaga or even Mijas, easily and cheaply. Using the bus app helped immensely. The only issues I had were: the TV language was set to Czech and I couldn't reset it. The door lock malfunctioned. (always take the keys!) The closet has no place to hang clothes. However, Sunshine Homes was always helpful.W
