Just 160 metres from Playamar Beach, this 43 m² sixth-floor apartment welcomes you with a wonderful picture window in the lounge looking out over the Mediterranean — the perfect base for a sun-and-sea holiday in Torremolinos.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and adjustable fans, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge-dining room, which features a Smart TV, high-speed WiFi and air conditioning. The kitchen comes fully equipped: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, Italian-style coffee maker and capsule coffee machine, with pots, pans and full tableware included. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and washing machine, and there is also an iron and ironing board. Bed linen, pillows and towels are provided, with blankets and duvets in winter.
