Tuvimos problema con el aire y nos movieron de cuarto, pero estuvo igual o peor por el ruido que generaba el aire. En el primer cuarto había una cucaracha en el baño. Me pareció muy mal servicio para ser un hotel de la cadena IHG y que no tengan aires acondicionados.

this hotel is located in a very central area and very convenient for my travels; currently it is going through an upgrade, which is great, but not so when they upgrade everything but the bathtub and they have risen their prices significantly despite the fact that they continue with construction work... leaving something to be desired

El hotel está bien ubicado y el personal fue amable. Pero el baño no funcionaba, la tina, el lavabo y el inodoro de nuestra habitación estaban tapados. Además, los chilaquiles y frijoles del desayuno estuvieron fríos. 😔
