Nickle and dimes you; Charges for parking $30 Reais ( $ 7 dollars )and cannot pay with credit card also charged to use the Jacuzzi $ 10 reais ( $ 3 dollars) per hour. 3. Bathroom really really small. So/so: 1. Staff not to friendly but not overly rude either and failed to give me a receipt. 2. Breakfast has limited hot food choices especially compared to holiday inn and eggs were very waterty. Pastrys, bread,.youtert were all good.

Nice and close to the beach and city centre

Our stay was pleasant after some problems at arrival. We bought a half board rate, but at arrival we were informed by the hotel that they do not offer half board via online booking. After talking to the manager and the reservation centre they kindly agreed to include dinner during our stay, which by the way was an excellent buffet with a variety of dishes every night. Be aware when booking! Another surprise was that the hotel does not have free parking; it is paid and run by a valet parking mostly off-site (in our case the car had to stay outdoors in the sun for the 4 days stay!). The last downside were the two lifts that were always busy and very slow, so be prepared to take the stairs. The spa (Jacuzzis) is also paid and need to be booked 24h or less in advance for a 1hour slot. Apart from that, the food was excellent, staff polite and helpful, location very good and room clean and comfortable (with minibar).

I didn't like it. very much.

It wasn't as good as I spected. The pictures in the Web show a more confortable hotel than it really is. The only thing that I liked was the breakfast, it offers a variety of meals.

Viajei com meu marido, à lazer. O quarto em si era muito bom, porém a tv nao funcionava. Quando fiz a reserva mencionava o valor de 30 reais de estacionamento, chegando lá eles cobravam 40 reais o valor da diaria para o carro. Por volta das 23h começou um barulho de som (varias instrumentos, guitarra, etc) creio q seja o salão de festas do hotel ou bar proximo.. mas era muito alto mesmo, tocaram ate as 1h da manhã, liguei pra recepcao e o atendente disse q ia anotar a minha reclamação mas q nada podia fazer, achei uma falta de respeito com os hospedes, visto q era todo prédio q escutava (no café da manhã do outro dia, conversamos os outros hóspedes). De resto foi tranquilo, o quarto muito bem limpo, acomodações, chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã excelente.

Tem muito para melhorar

É a segunda vez do ano que eu e minha esposa se hospedamos nesse hotel! Em janeiro, havia problema com o chuveiro somente água fria e a demora do elevador. Nessa segunda vez, tínhamos a esperança da melhora, o chuveiro dessa vez estava ok, porém internet péssima, nosso quarto não tinha toalhas, porta da varanda quebrada e elevadores péssimos de novo. Na parte da piscina e da mesa de sinuca. Uma mesa para uns 150 hóspedes. Lado positivo os funcionários da recepção e às senhoritas da limpeza. O café da manhã bem positivo também.

Pior experiência que já tivemos

Nunca vi travesseiros mais fedidos! Embora as roupas de cama fossem trocadas quando pedimos, os travesseiros eram muito fedidos. Cheiro de suor, azedo, horrível. Tive que comprar travesseiros para dormir no dia seguinte. Pessoal da limpeza recepção muito educados e esforçadíssimos mas o problema era na lavanderia e na gestão do local. Corredor e quartos com cheiro de umidade, mofo, além de cheiro de esgoto voltando do ralo do banheiro, horrível. De longe a pior experiência que já tivemos. Café da manha ok.
