Likes: 1. Comfortable bed 2. 3 Nice Jacuzzis 3. Very convenient down town location 2/3 blocks from the beach. Dislikes: 1. Room needs a paint and rust stains in sink. 2. Nickle and dimes you; Charges for parking $30 Reais ( $ 7 dollars )and cannot pay with credit card also charged to use the Jacuzzi $ 10 reais ( $ 3 dollars) per hour. 3. Bathroom really really small. So/so: 1. Staff not to friendly but not overly rude either and failed to give me a receipt. 2. Breakfast has limited hot food choices especially compared to holiday inn and eggs were very waterty. Pastrys, bread,.youtert were all good.

Nice and close to the beach and city centre

Our stay was pleasant after some problems at arrival. We bought a half board rate, but at arrival we were informed by the hotel that they do not offer half board via online booking. After talking to the manager and the reservation centre they kindly agreed to include dinner during our stay, which by the way was an excellent buffet with a variety of dishes every night. Be aware when booking! Another surprise was that the hotel does not have free parking; it is paid and run by a valet parking mostly off-site (in our case the car had to stay outdoors in the sun for the 4 days stay!). The last downside were the two lifts that were always busy and very slow, so be prepared to take the stairs. The spa (Jacuzzis) is also paid and need to be booked 24h or less in advance for a 1hour slot. Apart from that, the food was excellent, staff polite and helpful, location very good and room clean and comfortable (with minibar).

I didn't like it. very much.

It wasn't as good as I spected. The pictures in the Web show a more confortable hotel than it really is. The only thing that I liked was the breakfast, it offers a variety of meals.

Péssima qualidade.

Foi uma experiência muito ruim. Pesquisei por estacionamento gratuito, chegando ao hotel fiquei sabendo que deveria pagar pelo estacionamento. Os recepcionistas nao estavam uniformizados uma bagunça o hall do hotel, os quartos que eu reservei pelo hotels.com nao foram os mesmo que me disponibilizaram, pois pedi quartos próximos com acomodações específicas e no momento do check-in informaram que nao tinham quartos disponíveis para minha reserva tendo que me disponibilizar quartos em andares diferentes. Nao tinha toalhas disponíveis no quarto, precisamos aguardar chegar toalhas e pedir na recepção. Fiquei muito decepcionada com o Hotel.

Serviço ruim

Infelizmente nossa experiência foi ruim, quarto com cheiro de mofo, teto do banheiro em péssimo estado, cortina black-out mofada, no primeiro dia fizeram a limpeza do quarto e não trocaram as toalhas, no segundo dia não fizeram a limpeza, saímos as 9h retornando às 18h e nos informaram que a limpeza é das 14h às 22h e seria feita dentro deste espaço de tempo, como vir da praia após passar um dia inteiro e aguardar em outro lugar até as 22h, a fim de que, em algum momento a limpeza fosse feita, sem condições de aguardar precisávamos tomar banho para um compromisso já agendado e ao solicitar ao menos as toalhas limpas tivemos que aguardar mais de 30m que chegasse toalhas limpas da lavanderia porque o hotel não tinha novamente disponíveis.

Foi terrível, não limparam nosso quarto nenhum dia... Deixávamos a chave as 11:00 voltamos as 18:00, 18:30 e nada, falamos com o hotel eles nos disseram que a limpeza é das 14:00 às 22:00, que não é porque entregamos a chave que vão limpar antes... Porém duas coisas que não entendemos, o pessoal vem da praia umas 18:00, 19:00 aí não pode tomar um banho, que não tem nem toalha, pois descemos pedir pelo menos as toalhas, e não tinha... E outra, como que o check-in é as 14:00 se começam a limpar os quartos só as 14:00???? Muito desorganizado... Pessoal mal educado, quartos mofados, ar condicionado antiguissimo (aqueles quadrados de girar o botão, barulhento), elevador com sistema de algoritmo péssimo, vários optavam por subir ou descer as escadas, pois o elevador passava reto no andar, o frigobar bambo e enferrujado. A localização é muito boa, mas para todos os estresses, não poder chegar no hotel e tomar um banho, terrível... E o estacionamento "tem" porém paga 40,00 por dia e torce para ter vaga, senão tem que deixar na rua...

Amei! Localização mt jóia mesmo! Atendimento ok, destacando em especial a Brenda. Ótimo quarto, limpo. Figrobar, tv, ar condicionado ok. Cobertura mt legal, piscina pequena, mas suficiente p/ uma nadadinha, gostosa e limpa. Linda vista p/ mar e tbm no salão d festas p/ Serra do Mar, montanhas e lindo pôr do sol! Barzinho legal na cobertura, mas ñ consumí. Café da manhã mt maravilhosooo, parecendo d hotel 5 estrelas. Fiquei mt satisfeita e agradecida c/ tudo. Valeuuu!

Estadia no quarto 406

Nossa estadia no Life Torres Hotel foi maravilhosa! Tinha tudo o que prometeu. Atendimento muito bom, atenciosos, o quarto confortável, estava tudo funcionando bem, ar condicionado, secador de cabelo, chuveiro (e que chuveiro, vontade de morar embaixo de tão bom), a tv eram canais aberto (antena digital), mas a tv era o que menos importava. Café da manhã ótimo, com muitas opções! A limpeza tanto do quarto, quanto das áreas coletivas, tudo ótima. Localização ótima, tanto pra praia, quanto pro centro da cidade, nada precisa de carro. Lugar modesto, onde o custo benefício é muito bom! Super recomendo e com certeza voltaremos!
