O café da manhã era maravilhoso e a equipe muito cordial, porém a infraestrutura da acomodação deixa a desejar, evidenciando falta de manutenção no hotel. Itens no quarto como saboneteira quebrada, fechadura do quarto que não funciona e fica trancada, obrigando a trocar de quarto por conta disso e elevador lento. A garagem é tercerizada com um valor alto pelo serviço prestado, na opção de diária, além de não ter vaga para todos os hóspedes, o local tem paquímetro, então gera um transtorno não ter onde estacionar o carro.

Café da manhã excelente! Completo e delicioso. Elevador congestionado, precisa de uma preparação de 30min para conseguir chegar no andar desejado, dependendo do fluxo de hóspedes. Quarto: A informação sobre a limpeza não estava clara, precisamos solicitar para que seja feita. Televisão somente com canal da globo e Record sem acesso a wi-fi, sem condições! Ambiente do quarto sem iluminação agradável, somente ok. Roupas de cama com cheiro desagradável. Pegamos o quarto úmido. Descrição do quarto sobre a vista da janela, sensação de prisão. Localização do hotel ótima, centro, perto da rodoviária central. Recepção não passou todas informações sobre a limpeza do quarto... Enfim, não saímos satisfeitos, mas como pagamos estava ok.
