A localização é muito boa, o café também é muito bom, chuveiro maravilhoso, foi muiiitooo bom, só não é nota mil, porque não tem cadeiras para emprestar aos hospedes e só tinha um travesseiro fininho, ruim para ver tv e descanso da coluna e corpo, a academia não é como as imagens que contém no site e a sala de jogos é sem graça. O café e chá da recepção são divinos e o ar condicionado do quarto é maravilhoso

Os quartos estavam, extremamente sujos, as toalhas com mal cheiro e cabelos de outras pessoas no meio da toalha. Ar condicionado de janela fazendo muito barulho e quarto sem janelas. Café da manhã com as xícaras sujas de batom, comida estava ruim, somente as frutas dava para comer. Foi solicitado uma troca de quarto, foi feita no outro dia, terceiro quarto também estava sujo, porém com split e toalhas novas. Não recomendamos a estadia.

O horário de limpeza não é regular, ficamos 3 dias sem limpeza no quarto, só com uma retirada de lixo. O sistema de elevador é insuficiente para o número de hóspedes, com filas constantes. O serviço de garagem para carros também é demorado, tem cobrança extra, por dia, além da diária da hospedagem (fato que não me foi informado quando fechamos o pacote). Os manobristas não são muito disponíveis e receptivos, além de que deixam as chaves dos carros, com a indicação dos apartamentos; e nem sempre tinha alguém atendendo, deixando as chaves sem supervisão.

O quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, parede estava com mofo aparente, edredom também havia manchas de mofo. A cortina blackout estava com vários furinhos. O corredor não acendia a luz próximo a porta do quarto. Em alta temporada é muito fluxo de pessoas para apenas 2 elevadores e um dos elevadores estava sem a tela indicadora de andar. As hidromassagens que eram um diferencial, não estavam funcionando.
