Apartment Casetta alla Pozza is a newly renovated apartment about 5 kilometres from the centre of Torri del Benaco and about 20 meters from the beach and the lake.

You arrive from Via Gardesana and you access from the electric driveway gate to the reserved parking space at the Casetta right in front of the entrance.

LIVING AREA

Entering the apartment you will find the spacious living room with a large sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, smart television and a large white tiled stove. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a French window. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, oven and all the necessary items.



In addition to the kitchen on the ground floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower.

The ancient marble staircase rises from the living room, leading to the air-conditioned Double Room with a large wardrobe. A small terrace overlooking the lake completes this floor.



OUTDOOR AREAS

Apartment Casetta Alla Pozza offers outdoor space in front of the entrance door with a table and umbrella for lunch or dinner overlooking the lake and parking for a car.

We must point out that the neighbours can walk along the pedestrian passage that runs along the nearby house to access the gate.

People who live in the other house can also use the entrance from the gate while the parking is reserved for our guests.

Wonderful apartment on lake

Super location. Easy drives or walk to Garda Sea towns. Local olive and wine producers well worth a visit. Apartment is wonderful, fully equipped. Only small negative is parking which requires steady nerves.

Schöne Wohnung mit Parkplatz.

War eine Schöne Unterkunft. Leider Roch es sehr Modrig. Wir konnten nicht feststellen woran es Lag. Der Parkplatz ist für ein Großen Kombi ausreichend. Man muss sein Auto schon etwas beherrschen und unter dem Druck der ankommenden Autos auf der Straße rückwärts einparken. Das Haus ist im ersten Stock halb geteilt und dort wohnt quasi neben an noch jemand. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen was ganz schön ist und bis auf eine Mikrowelle hat die Küche auch alles was man braucht. Aber aufgrund des Geruchs würde ich wahrscheinlich nicht nochmal hinfahren.
