Corner terraced villa with private pool and magnificent lake and mountain views located above the quiet town of Pai, just 6 minutes from Torri del Benaco. We are in a quiet hilly area only 700 metres from the beach. The property has just been renovated into modern and cozy rooms and can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. It’s divided into 3 levels where on the ground floor you will find a bright living area with a large sofa that can be transformed into a double bed and equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, windowed bathroom with shower and a spacious covered terrace (18 sqm) perfect for eating outside. On the upper attic floor is a large room with 4 beds and windowed bathroom.
The lower floor with separate access is a tavern / lounge, a single sofa bed, a windowed bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool area that measures about 6 x 3 meters.
The house has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV barbecue and more. It has space for 2 cars. Perfect for those seeking privacy, relaxation and a strategic location for exploring the lake, the view will win you over! We are also only 700 meters from the beach.

Outdoor swimming pool is closed from Mon 20 Oct 2025 until 1st of May 2026
