Villa Margiò

Leaving Torri del Benaco, on the road that climbs to the village of Albisano, Villa Margiò is hidden among the olive groves, in a splendid panoramic position, with a fantastic view of Lake Garda. The villa has a terraced and sloping garden with many shady trees that line the road from the entrance gate to the parking area, with space for four vehicles.



From the entrance, one enters a large open space area: on one side a spacious living room with a fireplace and doors opening directly onto the veranda, the garden and the panoramic fenced swimming pool, on the other side, the dining room and behind it the fully equipped kitchen on one side, a shower bathroom on the other side. The doors open onto the smaller rear patio. From the living room, some steps lead to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms (one with a side door to the garden), a shower bathroom and another bedroom with lake view and a private bathroom with shower/bath. A few more steps and there is a large anteroom equipped with two baby cribs and a changing table. On this level there are three bedrooms and a shower bathroom, two of the bedrooms (both with an additional bed) enjoy the best view of the Lake.

On the ground floor, there is an independent two-room apartment, accessible from the main entrance of the villa, consisting of a living room with a French bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom with a lake/garden view.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
