The lake and beaches are less than 1 km away and can be easily reached on foot through the picturesque road that descends from the hill. The historic centre and restaurants are located approximately 2 km away.
The Villa has two uncovered parking spaces, located in front of the main entrance.
Villa Retrò at Rossone maintains the typical 'retro' atmosphere of the period of its construction and is distributed over a single floor. Upon entering, our guests will be welcomed by a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, complete with cooker, fridge, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking excellent meals, amongst friends and in company. From the entrance you can access the living room with dining table, a sofa and satellite TV.
From the kitchen and living room you can access the large balcony, complete with dining table and external lounge area with a view of the lake.
Continuing from the living room you access the sleeping area, represented by a corridor in which three double bedrooms with air conditioning and one single bedroom without air conditioning are arranged in succession. The floor is completed by two bathrooms with shower.
The external area consists of a large fully fenced garden, accessible via stairs at the side of the villa and complete with a covered area that has a barbecue with outdoor table.
In 2026 you will find a construction site on the land directly below the house.
