Poor accommodations. Tub a mess, few towels. Breakfast lacking- at 8am there was one bagel left, toaster items, cereal and yogurt. No fruit and no hot breakfast items. This Days Inn needs work!

Poor customer service. Uncaring..first room assigned had un made beds and dirty towels & floors 2nd room had dust, dirt, mold on common areas and in ac/heat vents Heat ac could not he usedbbc of the unbelievable amount of dirt & mold that it was a health hazard Hotel.com should regind my money!

Cold Shower

The 3rd shift front desk person Shelly was phenomenal.. a great employee. The room was very comfortable and clean. But the shower went cold after a few minutes. I waited and tried again with no success. Then finally I was able to get warm water for 4 minutes. Enough to finish my shower. It went cold as I was ready to get out. I don’t take long showers btw. Other than that it was a good stay. I do feel I should be refunded something for the inconvenience

Hotel has much deferred maintenance. Bathroom paint peeling & hole in drywall. Exterior wall has paint peeling from water seeping in. No ADA access or ground level rooms. Staff was very nice.

Basic accommodations

Needed a place to stay for the night was exhausted from riding my motorcycle all day. I requested a room on the first floor towards the back where I parked my bike. They were accommodating to my request and welcome to me and my service dog. The room was clean but had a stale almost musty smell to not only that room but the whole first floor which is halfway underground. The hot water didn't get that hot but was able to take a bath the tub is quite small and difficult to get in and out of. It was quite noisy until about midnight the traffic is insane there and the sound of opening and closing doors is quite loud. They offer a continental breakfast but it consists of stale cereal and cheap bagels and bread to toast. The coffee was okay. It's one of the cheaper hotels in the area and you get what you pay for.

Carpeting was very old and worn; shower & sink faucets need adjusting (shower faucet is loose, water in sink sprays to side of sink so was hard to get anything wet; room & bathroom was painted a cheery blue; tv - quite large & should be wall-mounted to free up top of dresser; tv color needs adjusting (i could not find the setting); breakfast was toast, 2 types of cereal, yogurt, coffee or tea, and oj. Staff was very pleasant; one staffer offered to help bring luggage to our car. 2night stay - very quiet. Key cards locked us out at 9 with 11am checkout, which was odd.

I must say room appeared clean. No musty smells no smoke smells. But general building is run down and not inviting! Toilet seat extremely loose and unsafe. No roll for toilet paper - broken. Paint on Bathroom walls looked like someone just threw paint on it. No towel racks. Old mattresses way too soft. Breakfast nook awful with sour milk - nothing appetizing except toast. Way too expensive for such an awfully run down place. Extremely disappointed. Not giving Days Inn a good reputation. In fact, i will not book a room with Days Inn again, Anywhere!!! And i travel a lot!

It was fine for the most part but the condition of the hotel was somewhat run down. For an overnight stay and a place to lay your head, it's fine.

The staff was friendly and professional, but this property is in need of a major renovation. Our room had multiple dents in the walls (looked like from punching), sheets had stains on them, walls were thin, as well as the towels. Continental breakfast was minimal. For the price we paid, we expected more.
