Casa MULINELLO, a 90 m² villa in Tuscany, was restored from a 17th-century tower in 1990. Spread over two levels, the ground floor has a living room with fireplace and 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins). Upstairs, you'll find a kitchen/dining area and a second fireplace. Enjoy two panoramic terraces with views of Montepulciano, the valley, and Monte Amiata. The house accommodates 6 guests and includes Wi-Fi, mosquito screens, barbecue, and home comforts. Bed linen, cleaning, Wi-Fi, and firewood are included. Electricity and gas are charged separately. Four resident cats, no pool. Private parking available.

Access is via a private dirt road, about 400 meters from the main road, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and woods. Reserved parking is provided.
