The flat is part of a house consisting of 2 flats and is situated against the flank of the mountain Roca Maura, about 800 meters from the centre and the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit. 
 
Bellevue is a very well cared for, completely renovated flat consisting of a living room with comfortable sitting area, TV (Spanish and French) and sliding doors to the terrace. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy the fantastic view! Furthermore, there is a modern, open kitchen, equipped with all appliances and a breakfast bar. Günstige Lage und sehr schöne Aussicht, ruhiger, angenehmer Ort, sehr sauber. Strand ca. 15 min Fussweg entfernt. Sehr schön zum Baden. Viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge.
