Great location and views

We really enjoyed our stay. Bogdan (owner) was very accommodating and when we had one issue, he had someone there to fix within an hour. The upstairs is fantastic and nicely decorated. Great kitchen and bathrooms; all very nicely done. the complex is nice and has a pool. The views are incredible. The road could use some repair - drive slow. There is a/c in the master and upstairs. Could be a touch hot in the other two rooms. We just brought some a/c unit from our home in Barcelona. Bogdan - thanks for the wonderful rental and we hope to be back next summer.

Quiet retreat

We really enjoyed our stay in l’Estartit and the condo is up on a hill with good views. It was nice for our kids to have access to a pool and tennis courts. The beds are comfortable and the condo has all you need including a washing machine.

We zijn zeer tevreden over het verblijf en de locatie. Het is een ruim licht huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Wij zijn 1 week geweest, maar hadden best langer willen blijven. Er is genoeg te zien en te doen. Een fijn en rustig zwembad en dicht bij de zee, wat wil je nog meer.

Erholsamer Langzeitaufenthalt

Wir waren für 4 Wochen mit einem 9 Monate alten Baby im Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht über L‘Estartit und das Meer ist wirklich klasse! Der „Preis“ den man dafür zahlt ist allerdings — wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist — eine lange steile Treppe herunter zum Ort/Strand, die mit Kind eher schwierig zu bewältigen ist. Wir sind daher meistens mit dem Auto gefahren, die Straße hoch zum Haus ist gut zu befahren. Die Poolanlage, die mit anderen Häusern geteilt wird, ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt und vor allem am Anfang unseres Aufenthalts Anfang Juni war sie kaum besucht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung stilvoll eingerichtet, dazu gibt es eine Büchersammlung, Plattenspieler mit einer kleinen Sammlung (gute Auswahl!), Fahrrad, Gitarre, Tennisschläger etc. Die Garage konnte man mit einem Kombi auch gut benutzen, man kann aber auch problemlos an der Straße parken. Bogdan ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation gut und schnell.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis met geweldig uitzicht!

Wat een fijn vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht over Estartite! Twee weken samen net de kinderen (10-14) genoten van een heerlijke vakantie. Geniet van het uitzicht en (avondzwemmen tot 23.00!) in het zwembad. Het huis is leuk en praktisch ingedeeld met ruime kamers en een inpandige garage (ook voor grote auto). Alles is aanwezig! In 10 minuten wandelen sta je aan de boulevard van Estartite. Wel moet hiervoor een steile trap met 213 treden worden getrotseerd…steeds weer een uitdaging maar is goed voor de conditie ;) De omgeving is prachtig met idyllische stranden binnen 30min rijden, mooie oude dorpjes en veel heerlijke restaurants. Ook een dagje Barcelona behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Het contact met de eigenaar Bogdan verloopt snel en prettig…hij staat altijd voor je klaar. Kortom echt een aanrader en wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht

Mooi onderhouden complex met een goed zwembad en tennisbaan welke je kan reserveren. Het huis zelf is ruim van opzet en smaakvol ingericht. We hebben een prima vakantieweek gehad!

Fijn vakantiehuis op een mooie locatie

Het huisje ligt tegen de heuvel nabij Estartit, met een prachtig uitzicht over de baai en de eilandjes. Het is niet ver lopen naar het centrum, maar je moet wel 215 treden steil naar beneden en terug dus weer omhoog! Bij het huisje hoort een gemeenschappelijk zwembad, erg netjes en goed onderhouden. De “badmeester” neemt zijn taak als opzichter wel heel serieus. De voorzieningen in het huis zijn goed. Een mooie, goed uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser en wasmachine.

Super vakantie huis

De hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in het huis van Bogdan. Prachtig uitzicht, 214 treden naar beneden en je was zo in het centrum van Estartit. Helaas ook 214 treden weer omhoog. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, Weber gas BBQ, vaatwasser, wasmachine. De bedden lagen goed. Het is ruim van opzet. We zijn met zijn zessen hier geweest en dat was goed te doen. De contacten met Bogdan verliepen ook goed.Kortom: een aanrader.

Perfecte plek voor een rustig verblijf in Estartit

Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, bij aankomst alles schoon, goed onderhouden niets op aan te merken en 100% zoals beschreven. Fantastisch uitzicht uiteraard. Uiteraard is het enige nadeel dat je een flink aantal treden omhoog moet als je vanuit Estartit naar huis moet lopen dus ben je slecht ter been dan kan dit een probleem zijn, maar anders kan je het gewoon zien als een natuurlijke manier om aan je beweging te komen :-) Ook ideaal om er met de MTB fiets op uit te gaan, je kan pittig klimmen (en dalen) in het achterliggende natuurgebied. Bij het complex een zeer mooi en heel rustig zwembad, dat goed onderhouden en schoon is. En voor de tennis liefhebbers een tennisbaan waar je tegen een kleine vergoeding op mag. Aanrader en volgend jaar weer !
