With a capacity for 5 people, this accommodation is only 250 meters from the beach and is fully equipped for a pleasant stay. It consists of 2 bedrooms, has parking, and is located near the access to the communal area with a swimming pool.



The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room with a ceiling fan, as well as a Smart TV and fibre internet. From here, you can access the private terrace-patio, which is fenced and equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, and a built-in barbecue.



The kitchen is separate and equipped with all necessary appliances, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and kitchen utensils. On the ground floor, there is also a guest toilet.



On the upper floor, you will find the two bedrooms with ceiling fans and mosquito nets. One of them has a single bed and a bunk bed, while the other has a double bed and a TV. You will also find the renovated bathroom with a showet and toilet.



The house has a garden at the front and the entrance can be used as parking for one car. Additionally, it is easy to find parking right in front of the house.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Additionally, within a 3 km radius, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.
