It is located just 50 meters from the beach and has a capacity for 6 people. The accommodation is comfortable and has air conditioning and a community area with a swimming pool.



The house is distributed over two floors, fully equipped. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning, TV, and fiber optic WIFI connection. From here, you will have access to the private terrace-garden, which is fenced and equipped with a manual awning, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The kitchen, also on the ground floor, is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, and there is an additional toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with single beds and a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a suite with a double bed, bathroom with a bathtub, and a small balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning for added comfort.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. From here, you can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket is less than 6 km away, and within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine. Enjoy a vacation on the Costa Brava, just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by amenities.
