It is located just 50 meters from the beach and has a capacity for 6 people. The accommodation is comfortable and has air conditioning and a community area with a swimming pool.



The house is distributed over two floors, fully equipped. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning, TV, and fiber optic WIFI connection. From here, you will have access to the private terrace-garden, which is fenced and equipped with a manual awning, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The kitchen, also on the ground floor, is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, and there is an additional toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with single beds and a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a suite with a double bed, bathroom with a bathtub, and a small balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning for added comfort.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. From here, you can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket is less than 6 km away, and within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine. Enjoy a vacation on the Costa Brava, just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by amenities.

Perfekte Urlaubsresidenz mit Strandnähe

Gute Lage und praktische Ausstattung machen den Aufenthalt angenehm. Die neue Matratze in einem der Doppelbettzimmer ist angenehm straff und komfortabel. Die Sauberkeit bei der Reinigung, insbesondere im Sanitärbereich, muss im Auge behalten werden. Wir mussten da selbst etwas nacharbeiten. Und es lag nicht an unserem Anspruch an Sauberkeit.

Hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit, die neuen Betten, die ausgezeichnete Klimaanlage für den Sommer und die relativ festen Matratzen. WLAN funktioniert problemlos. Der moderne Fernseher, der Netflix, F1 und Leichtathletik bietet, ist ein großes Plus. Ich würde die Gartenmöbel durch solche ersetzen, die besser zum Haus passen, und robustere sowie bequemere Liegestühle wählen. Es wäre außerdem wichtig, Flaschenhalter im Kühlschrank zu installieren, da die Flaschen momentan liegend aufbewahrt werden müssen, was Platzverschwendung verursacht.

La casa tiene todo lo que se puede pedir. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas. Todo el menaje que puedas necesitar. El patio una maravilla para desayunar y estar de velada por las noches. La playa a un paso y magnífica, también destacar la piscina de la urbanización, muy tranquila y estupenda cuando el mar está revuelto. Esperamos repetir. Lo único que la nevera resulta pequeña, hay que ir bastantes veces al supermercado porque no cabe mucho. Sería una opción estupenda poner un combi.

Der Service war wie gewohnt sehr gut, das Haus in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Die Lage zum Strand ist super. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und in Ordnung. Bei Übernahme war das Haus sauber und aufgeräumt. Nach wie vor sind in den Schränken keine Regale, in die man seine Klamotten packen kann. Es sind nur die billigen Ikea Hängefächer vorhanden. Das erwarte ich bei den Preisen für die Hochsaison einfach. Und bitte in allen Zimmern.

Der außergewöhnlich nette Kontakt zu dem Anbieter Reservas die schöne Lage direkt an den Dünen Garage. Es könnten etwas mehr Küchenutensilien zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Saubere, zweckmäßige Unterkunft

Die Lage bzw. die Entfernung zum Strand ist top. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Haus war sehr gut gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage war super. Es war eine Waschmaschine vorhanden (steht leider nicht auf der Homepage)! Zwei Sonnenschirme für den Strand waren vorhanden. Mückenschutzgitter an den Fenstern wären sehr nutzvoll. Die Gartenstühle aus Plastik (mit den Auflagen) waren nicht sehr ansehnlich. Die Dusche im Obergeschoss war nicht sehr sauber und hatte Ablagerungen. Eine zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheit mit Tisch im Vorgarten wäre schön gewesen.

Heerlijke vakantie op een heerlijke locatie

Lekker harde bedden, airco boven en beneden, binnen 5 minuten lopen op het strand. Ligbedden prima. Tuinstoelen daarentegen plastic kuipstoelen en wat ielige metalen stoeltjes. Nodigden niet uit om lang te tafelen of om ‘s-avonds relaxed buiten te zitten.

Wir kommen gerne wieder Urlaub

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus! Angefangen von unserer Vermittlung Reservas Mas Pinell, vertreten durch Linda, von welcher wir sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen wurden, die alles gut erklärte und stets zeitnah zu erreichenwar. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis bewerten wir als gut. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und macht einen einladenden Eindruck. Verschiedene Einrichtungsstücke sind vergangenes Jahr erneuert worden (z.B. Sofa, Matratzen - obwohl die Matratzen in den "Kinderzimmern" nicht so bequem sind, wer Rückenprobleme hat bzw wenn Oma und Opa mitreisen....sollte das wissen...ausserdem gibt es neuerdings drei Klimageräte !!! Während unseres Aufenthalts bemerkten wir , dass der Backofen nicht richtig funktionierte, dieser wurde dann so schnell wie möglich ausgetauscht !! Schonmal kommt es bei dem Haus (bzw den Häuser - wir sprachen mit unseren direkten Nachbarn...) zu Problemen mit dem Wasserdruck, so dass bei Ankunft nur wenig Wasser aus sem Hahn kam, was aber nach dem Wochenende durch einen Installateur behoben wurde! Die Küche ist relativ klein, ist aber soweit gut ausgestattet, guter Kühlschrank, Spülmaschinen, Mikrowelle (älteres Modell) Ceranfeld und nun auch ein neuer Backofen ! Es gibt eine Kaffeepadmaschine, die haben wir aber nicht getestet. Im Garten ist nicht so groß (die Reiheneckhäuser sind da im Vorteil) aber ausreichend. Es gibt einfache Kunstoffmöbel, Tisch und Stühle mit Sitzkissen, eine Sonnenliege älteren Modells einen Sonnenschirm aber LEIDER KEINE MARKISE wie bei vielen der andern Häuser! Da wäre eine Investition sehr wünschenswert ! Im Garagenraum gibt es noch zwei Gartenstühle, eine Waschmaschine und einfaches Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, zwei Wäscheständer, wobei es schön wäre, wenn der eine rostigen auch durch einen in Kunststoff ausgetauscht würde :-) Der Esszimmertisch lässt sich leider nicht ausziehen und ist nicht für 6 Personen geeignet, obwohl noch zwei extra Stühle angeschafft wurden, die separat stehen, wäre toll, wenn da ein passender Tisch ergänzt würde !! Die Badezimmer sind soweit gut und wie haben alles sauber vorgefunden

Schöner Aufenthalt in Mas Pinell

Sehr schöne Lage des Hauses, perfekt ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Besteck ( besonders angenehm die Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine). Sehr gute Internetverbindung. Positiv die Spül- und Waschmaschine. Es fehlte eine Sonnenliege im Garten, aber Linda von Reservas Mas Pinell hat sofort geholfen und eine besorgt. Sowohl die Sofas im Wohnzimmer als auch das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer sollten ausgetauscht werden (stark verbraucht).
