The 75 m² property consists of a living room with sofa, a mezzanine with mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 or 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a workspace, fan, heating, washing machine, television, as well as books and toys for children. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. A cot and high chair are available on request.



The 500 m² outdoor area includes a pool, garden, covered terrace, barbecue and playground, and may be shared if the other apartment in the house is also occupied. There is one parking space on the property and free street parking. Families with children are welcome. Parties are not allowed. One small dog is accepted, but it may not be left alone in the house.

For groups of more than 4 people, please book through Castell del Montgrí, which accommodates up to 8 guests. An electric vehicle charging station is available in the nearby village.
