In the resort 300 m from the centre of L'Estartit, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular (8 x 18 m, depth 50 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 20 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach "Playa del Estartit" 20 m.
