Wonderful modern Villa of 120m2 build in 2020 on a land of 800m2, located less than 5 minutes walk from a sand beach, in the residential village of Mas Pinell in Costa Brava.

Mas Pinell is located in a natural park which is condusive for relaxation, taking a walk, hiking or go on bike rides. The area is fantastic for families and friends looking for a quiet place and very restful holidays. On the beach that is made of fine sand. If you like golf, the Emporda Golf is at only 5 km, and there are a lot of other activities in the area like boat trips and diving - see few of them in the description below.

The property offers a private pool (4x8m, not heated), a very large garden and terraces with comfortable lounges to relax.

The house can welcome up to 8 guests.
There are 3 bedrooms:
- 1 suite with a King size bed, with its private bathroom and direct access to the garden.
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each.
There is a sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room, or alternatively the possibility to install 2 foldable beds in the bedrooms.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The living room is very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped (includes washing machine, dish washer, Nespresso Coffee Machine).
A barbecue is at your disposal.

You can park securely 3 cars inside the property.

Towels and bed linen are included.
Baby cot and high chair are included.

We provide during your stay, a paddle, a ping-pong table, badminton rackets, soccer ball, diverse games and toys, books (French - English), etc.

Bar/Restaurants: 2 very good Beach Bar/Restaurants are open during the summer period. And there are also excellent restaurants in the area (10-15 min by car), for example the "Mooma", "Triton", "L'Horta", "Can Juan".

There is no shop in Mas Pinell but the first supermarket of the Urbanization is easily accessible by car, it is only few minutes drive/ 6 km (Raul Girona Supermarket - Bakery).

To visit and for diverse activities:
- Torroella de Montgri at 8km, museums, castle, all type of shops
- Pals and its amazing medieval center at 8km,
- l'Estartit at 15km for diving and boat trips, and to visit the Medes Island
- Platja d'Aro and its shops & Aqua-Park (open during the summer period) at 20km.


Golf : 5 km (Emporda Golf)
Barcelona is at 140km.
