Cozy renovated apartment in Torrox International Center, a few meters from the beach and with communal pool.

The apartment is distributed in a living room, with sofa bed of 1.35m (on request and supplement), with 32" smart TV, free Wi-Fi, large table overlooking the main avenue. It has a double bedroom with a double bed of 1.35m, as well as a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster and coffee maker.

The urbanization has communal gardens as well as a large communal pool (open in season from April to October), and the beach is less than 150 meters away. In the surroundings you will find bars, restaurants, beach bars, ice cream shops and supermarkets. There is parking in the surroundings of the building free from September to June, in July and August a part of the surrounding car parks are blue zone (previous payment and maximum 2 hours) but there is free parking about 100-200 meters from the apartment.





Pets not allowed, under a penalty of 150€

The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.
As well as leaving the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils used by the guest clean (pans, pots, plates, glasses ...) Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.

Since the cleaning includes the general cleaning of the house, including laundry of the whole house, as well as general cleaning of the kitchen, but does not include the garbage collection service or the cleaning of dirty utensils in the room.

Parties are not allowed, meaning parties: meetings of people with a high volume with sound equipment; unusual acoustic noise; or at hours of rest (from 10 pm to 8 am).

The house is delivered clean and neat and guests are expected to treat it as if it were their own, with proper use of things, as well as looking for the material provided for their use and enjoyment. As is the case with umbrellas, if it is windy they remain closed, since in case of breakage the deposit will be charged, as well as good use of hammocks, chairs and other household items.

In the event that any appliance / accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that they can be aware of this failure and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to achieve the most pleasant stay of the Guest.

Depending on the house and guests staying you are given 1 or 2 sets of keys, in which the loss of any of these sets of keys by the guests will result in the change of the lock cylinder for a new one (for reasons security) so the cost of the change will be charged from the deposit, as well as the misuse of the keys in which the guests accidentally get locked outside the house and the keys are inside the house, depending on where the circumstance may be charged for the service. In the event that the key is forgotten inside the house lock, a locksmith will have to be called to open the house and this expense will be borne by the guest.

The towels and sheets of the house (lingerie) are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged.

Baby cot and high chair under request and under a fee of 35€ per stay.

Extra bed linen and towels under request and under a fee of 10€ for 2 people.
