This villa reunites all ingredients for an ideal vacation. An attractive private pool with south-facing sun terrace, fantastic views and a wonderful veranda for your alfresco dinners. Inside, you’ll find comfortably furnished rooms, all on one floor.







Location and outside area



The villa nestles on a hillside in a dominant position, providing a wonderful outside area, quiet and unbeatable views. The private pool (6m x 3m long and 1.2 – 1.6m deep) is surrounded by a sunny terrace providing the same unique views and comes complete with sun loungers. From the terrace, a few steps lead up to the barbecue corner where a loquat tree gives shade for your outside meals. Another stairs give access to the lovely first floor terrace, provided with covered pergola, while overlooking the olive groves and the Mediterranean. The location is very peaceful and a 5 – 10 minutes’ drive away from Frigiliana (6.8 km). Nerja, with its famous beaches and humming town centre, is 15-20 minutes away (13.6 km). The house is accessed by a surfaced country track.







Inside and lay-out



The accommodation is on the first floor and reached by stairs (below is a storage room, not for use by guests). A very comfortable villa with all rooms on one level and furnished in a pretty, traditional style throughout. The accommodation features a lounge/dining room with open fire place, 2 sofas, dining corner, TV and WiFi connection. The open- plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a double and a twin bedroom, both sharing a bathroom with bath tub/shower over, single wash basin, WC.







Note: Air conditioning is available in the hallway, supplying cool air to the living/dining room and the double bedroom. The second bedroom has a portable fan.

toller Aufenthalt in den Bergen

+ Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (8 + 11) für eine Woche in der Finca. Zunächst als kleine Info, wir kamen mit Leihwagen von Malaga, am besten man fährt bis Nerja und dann in Richtung Frigiliana. Wie bei der Info angegeben, müssen beim Navi die Koordinaten eingegeben werden, ansonsten findet es das Navi nicht. Von Frigiliana kommend nach ca. 10 Minuten in einer Kurve links abbiegen. Wir wurden von einem älteren Ehepaar (Besitzer?) empfangen, leider kann nur der Mann ein paar Brocken englisch, aber wir haben uns verständigen können. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, wenn auch etwas älter, aber hat einen gewissen Charme. Es gibt eine Grillecke, die wir auch genutzt haben, allerdings muss man Grillanzünder, Kohle etc. selbst besorgen. Der Pool war für uns ausreichend, er war leider irgendwann etwas trüb, auch wenn er innerhalb der Woche gereinigt wurde. Es kann natürlich auch an der Sonnencreme liegen, die nach einigen Benutzern, dass Wasser trübt. Unsere Badekleidung hat deswegen etwas gelitten und einen leichten Gelbstich angenommen. Was sehr angenehm ist, dass unten am Pool ein separater Duschraum mit Toilette vorhanden ist, sodass man nicht immer hoch muss. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr funktional ausgestattet, was uns etwas gestört hat, dass von Allem nur das Nötigste vorhanden war. Für jede Person 1 großes, ein kleines Handtuch. Je Bad nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier. 1 Müllbeutel, keine Spüllappen. An Spülmaschinentabs sollte man auch selber denken. Aber sonst Alles gut!

Schönes Haus, schöner Pool.

Sehr schön. Das Haus sauber, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, die Terrassen wunderschön. Blick zum Meer - toll. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Verständigung etwas schwierig, da Gastgeber kein englisch und wir kein spanisch komnten, aber sehr nett und lustig. Die 2 Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer waren für große Kinder/ Erwachsene zu klein. Die Matratze rutschte. Es waren Klappliegen, leider keine richtigen Betten. Die Klimaanlage war für das Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern unzureichend. Die Umgebung sehr schön. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
