Charming cottage with rural location in residential area. Here you live in a quiet environment on a spacious plot with proximity to both sea baths and sights. The cottage was built in the 19th century and subsequently rebuilt and renovated in stages. Cozy kitchen with dining area and the old wood stove as an interior detail. The spacious living room has dining furniture, sofa, TV and a stove. Bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs is a small hall with a sofa bed that becomes a 120 cm bed. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds in. Upstairs there is something low in the ceiling. There are four bicycles available on loan. In summer, there are three more beds in the uninsulated guest cottage on the farm, a bunk bed and a 120 cm bed, if you may have young people in the party who want to be raw about themselves. Lovely plot with large lawn, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Torsås center is about 1.5 km from the house and here you will find most of what you need; grocery stores, restaurants, cafés and bus stops where you can easily get on to both Kalmar and Karlskrona. From the cottage you have about 8 km to the Baltic Sea with sandy beach and about 10 km to the golf course Möre GK. The cottage's location gives you proximity to Blekinge's beautiful archipelago, good fishing and swimming opportunities as well as to the deep Småland forests with moose, deer, roe deer, mushrooms and berries. Feel free to visit the Marine Museum in Karlskrona, or take a trip in the archipelago with one of the tour boats, it can be highly recommended, as well as Kalmar and Öland with Ölands Zoo. The area offers most hiking and biking trails, such as Torsåsleden, Kalmarsundsleden, Dackeleden, Skeppelederna, Vallermansleden and Gullaboleden. You will find nice bathing places at Dalskärs camping, here you will also find a restaurant, bicycle rental, boat, canoe, seal safari, volleyball court, mini golf, sauna, jumping tower, playground and children's pool, Skäppevik or Badudden. For those interested in history, there are both Wilhelm Mobergs Vissefjärda, Algutsboda / Duvemåla and Dackegrottan. Welcome to a charming cottage with close proximity to most things!
