2 Bedrooms flat above Toscolano-Maderno, with lake view from terrace.



The prestigious Residence degli Ulivi is on the hills above Toscolano Maderno, enjoying a lake view with all the shades and intense colors in every season.



2 swimming pools, one of the largest in Garda and one for children. Children's play area, five-a-side football pitch and a bowling green.



People from Europe loves Garda Lake. Our apt. is located in a sunny residence with two swimming pools, one very large and a beautiful view of the lake from the hills 4 km above Toscolano.

It is a second home and is 400 meters from the small village of Gaino with a restaurant and a nice cafè. 4 km down there is the big center of Toscolano with many restaurants, shopping centers and beaches.



We have two bedrooms (4 ps + 1 extra), living room, terrace/balcony with lake view and barbecue. It is all furnished for cooking, swimming pool deckchairs etc.



Equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave,, fridge with freezer,, fan, TV, WiFi coffee machine with pods, moka.



Dining out from the balcony it's my preferred time, with the lake view.

It's a peaceful place surrounded by olive groves.



Table, chairs and umbrella are available for the terrace and deckchairs for the pool.



Tourist tax per person over 14 yrs old is required from local municipal authority. The total will be paied cash during the stay.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, in einer ruhigen Lage mit schönem Balkon / Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf den See und Berge. Von dort aus ist man schnell in den Bergen.Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist verbesserungswürdig.
