An 18th century VENETIAN STILE VILLA on the west side of Lake Garda, facing the small harbour of Toscolano Maderno. The apartment, on the third floor of the main building serviced by an elevator, is very big: 2 double and 1 triple bedrooms, a separate kitchen, 2 fully-equipped bathrooms with shower and a large area with dining and living space. This apartment has air conditioning and heating (free of charge). Soulér 2 has free access to the house historical garden, surrounded on three sides by the lake, where tables, chairs and sun beds are available. A nice BBQ is also available in the garden. The garden has to be shared with other guests of different apartments in the same house.

We had a lovely time in the Lake Garda area with this apartment as our base. We had 3 sets of family and friends sharing this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with plenty of space to meet everyone’s needs. It was nice to have the combination of historic charm and modern conveniences. The communication with the property owner and the on-site property manager were excellent.

Incredible unique property

Charming 17th Century Villa on the Shore of Lake Garda

This spacious apartment occupies the third "loft" floor of a villa built some time in the 1600s. Facts and features in the owner's listing are accurate. The windows shown in the listing photographs look out onto the lake, the small private boat harbor, and the villa's private garden. There are modern conveniences, including an elevator, wi-fi and cable TV, but the overall feeling is rustic-but-comfortable. The kitchen is simple but functional; we cooked breakfast every day of our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay would not hesitate to return.

Lovely stay

Check in was great, the woman who met us was very lovely and took the time to tell us about local markets and where to go. It's much quieter on this side of Lake Garda. The place was very spacious for the four of us staying there. The garden is lovely, and there's a nice beach about a 3-5min walk away. For parking they gave us a pass, which was great (you park in the soccer field). The AC wasn't working, but the place retained its cold very well and it wasn't necessary with the windows open at night. There's a nice bbq out in the yard and there are cushions to lounge on outside. We would definitely come back!

Basically the room is in the loft area.

The standard for safety is not good as no means of escape if fire, the windows are barred and lift is ultra slow. The terrace area provided is 3 floors down and across a garden which is a five minute trek not good if you want to sit with your coffee in the morning or have food, that's if other residents aren't sat in your allotted table. The shower heads were not working properly due to blocked shower heads. Very difficult to park your vehicle near by. I would not recommend this property for children or disabled.

Sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft mit tollem Garten, direktem Wasserzugang, serviceorientierter Betreuung- SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe, Infos ect - , schöne Lage im alten Ortskern direkt am kleinen beschaulichen Hafen.Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer NĂ€he sowiesehr leckerei BĂ€ckerei mit tollen Focaccias, Brötchen, PizzastĂŒckchen.Von der Wohnung aus einen wunderschönen Blick und mit 4 Personen sehr viel Platz bei 2 BĂ€dern und 3 Schlafzimmern.Lediglich die Klimaanlage im 3. Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht richtig, aber der EigentĂŒmer ist informiert.

Very Charming Property

Loved to stay in this old villa. At every corner there is something to discover. The location is great with two good swimming places in immediate vicinity. The property manager was kind and reliable. Only the fire protection is questionable. On the top floor all windows are barred without any fire escape.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, schön. Der garten ist sehr gepflegt, mit eigenem kleinen Zugang zum See ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr schön. Im Sommer soll es richtig schön sein. Die Wohnung hatte wĂ€hrend unser Aufenthalt Stromprobleme, die Sicherung ist immer wieder rausgeflogen. Es gibt ein Aufzug, der aber extrem langsam ist. Die dritte Etage ist nicht zu schwer durch die Treppe zu erreichen, nur mit Koffern und EinkĂ€ufe braucht man ihn. Bei der Abfahrt funktionierte der Aufzug gar nicht. So mĂŒssten wir unser Koffern selbst runtertragen. Ansonsten fanden wir die Wohnung zu kĂŒhl, die Klimaanlagen waren auf 19 Grad gestellt und ist es nicht gelungen die Temperatur hoch zu stellen. Das Wetter mit viel Regen und die sehr hohe Feuchtigkeit macht die Wohnung sehr kĂŒhl. WLAN funktionierte nur im Wohnzimmer, wo das GerĂ€t war, in den Schlafzimmern nicht. Wir haben aber die Tage am Gardasee genossen. Und Frau Patrizia ist eine sehr nette, freundliche EmpfĂ€ngerin. Sie war auch immer schnell erreichbar.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier. Die Wohnung ist zwar alt aber alle GerĂ€te Möbel etc. einwandfrei. Wir haben es besonders genossen auf der Terrasse zu frĂŒhstĂŒcken und auf den Liegen, die zur Wohnung gehören zu entspannen. Besonders plus waren die guten ParkplĂ€tzen und ein Aufzug im Haus( besonders bei einer Wohnung im dritten Stock)

Wundervolle 14 Tage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem eindrucksvollen Haus! Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Patrizia empfangen, die uns alles erklĂ€rt und gezeigt hat. Bei Fragen konnten wir sie immer kontaktieren und sie hat uns direkt geholfen. Die Wohnung in der 3. Etage ist mit 160 qm sehr schön groß. Die Betten waren hervorragend und dank der KlimagerĂ€te konnte man es gut bei der Hitze aushalten. Die Wohnung hat kleine Fenster, daher ist es manchmal etwas dunkel. Man hat aber von fast allen Fenstern aus einen tollen Blick auf den Garten, den Hafen und den See! Herrlich! Wir haben es sehr genossen, den wundervollen Garten zu nutzen, dort zu grillen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Die NĂ€he zum See und den StrĂ€nden ist toll. FußlĂ€ufig ist eine Pizzeria zu erreichen. Zum Supermarkt benötigt man allerdings ein Auto. Die Lage am Hafen ist sehr schön. Der Ort Toscolano ist touristisch nicht so ĂŒberlaufen. Man trifft auf viele einheimische Menschen, was wir sehr schön finden! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Hele mooie vakantiewoning aan het water

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Mooi gelegen, met riante tuin en een klein strandje, vanwaar je het water in kan ( wel beplating in het water). Het ontvangst door Patrica was erg gastvrij. Een klein minpuntje is de rioollucht in de omgeving. Dat ruik je overal.

Very nice holiday

We have enjoyed our stay with 3 grown up children. The garden is lovely where you can see the harbour and lake. The appartment was large enough for 6 people where 3 couples can have privacy in their own bedroom and share the rest of the space together. From the house a beautiful view. We had to walk 6 stairs (no problem for us), but there is a small elevator. With beautiful weather it is really a pleasant place.

Tolle Lage, Strand, schöne Stadt, Hafen, tolle Wanderziele, Eis, BĂ€cker, Restaurant - fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Nette Hausbetreuerin. Wunderschönes Haus, wunderschöner Garten. Die Wohnung selbst hat ihren Reiz, ist sehr groß, oben unter dem Dach, dadurch aber recht dunkel, KĂŒche etwas muffig riechend und nicht so besonders gut ausgestattet. DafĂŒr aber bequeme Betten und ein tolles Flair.

Tolle Lage direkt am See

Schönes zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtetes Apartment, es war alles vorhanden was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub braucht. Sehr schön angelegter Garten, mit zugewiesenem Sitzplatz. Der Seezugang gleich vom Garten aus war super fĂŒr uns und unseren mitgereisten Vierbeiner. Man sollte aber schon gut zu Fuß sein, die Restaurants und SupermĂ€rkte sind in ca. 20 Minuten fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar sind. Alles in allem eine schöne Urlaubswoche.
