    The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, large dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The living room overlooks the beautiful private terrace complete with table and chairs and enjoying a wonderful view of Lake Garda! The apartment continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe; followed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, WC.



    Via stairs, you access the solarium terrace on the roof of the structure, which hosts a swimming pool, sun loungers and tables with chairs; from this terrace you enjoy a panoramic view of the hills and Lake Garda!

    Toscolano and Maderno, both home to fishermen and famous for their paper mills, offer two welcoming bays ideal for sailing enthusiasts, fishing and for all water sports, not forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.

    Maderno can boast a wide and well-serviced beach that organises parties and events, on the lakeside in the large green area of the former Hippodrome, such as regattas and trophies with music and dancing of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of local typical products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano is the Paper Museum, which is located in the beautiful Valley of the Paper Mills, thus an opportunity to turn a cultural visit into a nature excursion as well.

    OK mit kleinen Mängeln

    Die Schlüsselübergabe in Desenzano ist eine Zumutung (vom Norden kommend 1h Fahrzeit plus) und auch der Check vor dem nächsten Mieter auf Zustand der Wohnung war nicht gegeben (eine Schiebetür der Duschkabine war defekt, ein schattenspendender Vorhang auf der Terrasse kam uns beim Zuziehen entgegen). Die Matratzen vom Doppelbett eine Katastrophe - eine Seite durchgelegen, die andere steinhart. Der Grasteppich vor der Terrasse - na ja! Sat-TV nur Italia - im Haus war alles deutschsprachig. Alles in allem Durchschnitt, aber für diesen Standard zu teuer.
