客室、館内ともに清掃が行き届いていました。事前チェックインをしていたのでスムーズにチェックインはできました。事前チェックインの仕方も、メールで丁寧にしてくださり、また、駐車場のことで問い合わせた際も丁寧に対応してくださいました。
