Spacious and comfortable 55 m² flat, located on the 1st floor without lift.
Living area
You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a dining room with a table for 4 people and a cosy dining area.
The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine and plenty of storage space. A large coat rack is also available in the entrance hall.
The bright living room, which opens onto the kitchen, has two sofas, including a double sofa bed, an extra pouffe, a television and a Wi-Fi box.
Bedroom
The separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with quality bedding, a small dressing room with storage space and a desk, ideal for business travellers or digital nomads.
Both the bedroom and living room open onto the terrace through large French windows, providing beautiful natural light.
Bathroom and WC
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry area (washing machine and small ironing area).
Separate WC for added comfort.
Terrace
20 m² outdoor terrace accessible.
