Charming property tastefully renovated in a seaside style, comprising a garden-level studio in a large Provencal building.
Accommodation of around 30m2, typical of the region, for up to 4 people:
Ground floor:
- Separate sleeping area with double bed (140x200).
- Fitted kitchen opening onto the dining/living room.
- Living room with sofa bed, TV and access to the terrace via a bay window.
- Bathroom with wc, shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and mirror.
Outside:
- Private terrace
**** Option for groups of up to 10 people ****
The property has an adjoining Duplex flat for 6 people which can be added to your booking, subject to availability.
Please note: the Duplex can be rented to other travellers during your stay, but is soundproofed from the Studio. Each unit has its own private outdoor area enclosed by wooden partitions.
Independent entrance with key box and unique password valid for the duration of your stay.
(Information on access to the flat communicated 48 hours before the day of arrival after completing the check-in form).
You will have independent access to the property with a key box on site, all information will be sent before your stay but I am always reachable and make myself available if you need anything during your stay
The district, located away from the city and close to Revest-les-Eaux, is popular for its tranquility and its enchanting natural setting.
Although it is peaceful, it is not isolated. There are several small local shops, such as bakeries, grocery stores and cafes.
Line 6 (promised land/white - Ripelle) aquila stop.

No smoking :

- Organisation of parties or commercial activities.
