The Garonne River is 2 km away: Via Garona hiking trail, Way of St. James. Small, air-conditioned cottage, all Garonne pebbles, enclosed garden, parking in the courtyard (with a locked gate). On the ground floor: entrance into the living room (double sofa bed), fireplace (insert), kitchen area, shower room with WC, terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom accessible by a narrow staircase (1 double bed 140cm) with balcony/terrace. Height of 1m just at the top of the stairs then possibility of standing at more than 1m80 in the bedroom. Electric heating/air conditioning included. Large dogs not allowed.
