The cottage is located in a secure residence (automatic gate). It is semi-detached on both sides and benefits from two parking spaces in front of the entrance and a private enclosed garden. The owners own an equestrian center in the village (1 km). The Nature Game leisure and adventure park is 7 km away, as is Lake Laragou (open-air café, walks, fishing). The Buzet Forest (walks, golf) is 14 km away, the Villemur-sur-Tarn swimming beach is 27 km away (canoeing, paddleboarding), and Albi (Tarn department) is 63 km away.
