Cocoonr offers you this charming apartment with a view over the city's rooftops for rent in Toulouse. It has wifi access, a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 3 travelers. Located on the 4th and top floor (no elevator, with large floors and a rather narrow stairwell, as the building dates from the 18th century), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom with portable air conditioning, and a bathroom (with bathtub). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with TV and sofa bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, portable air conditioning and fan.
Outside :
- A small balcony to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby at the Esquirol underground car park (5 min walk).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest metro station: Esquirol (line A), a 5-minute walk away.
- Nearest train station: Toulouse-Matabiau via the metro (line A).
- Nearest airport: Toulouse - Blagnac via the airport shuttle.
