The building is located in Clermont Le Fort, in Haute Garonne, 15 minutes from Toulouse. It is 25 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac airport and 20 minutes from Toulouse Matabiau train station by car.
The estate is between the A64 and A61 motorways (10km), and 2km from a pretty village called Venerque, and 5km from Lacroix-Falgarde and its famous gastronomic shops.
