Located in a residential area of L'Union, the house includes the Gîte de Sainte-Maxime on two levels and an unoccupied room reserved for the owner on part of the ground floor. A small garden welcomes visitors at the front of the house, and they have access to a large terrace at the back with deckchairs, surrounding the private, unoverlooked swimming pool reserved for them (6x4m, heated to 28°C and open from June 15th to September 30th, protected by a security shutter). A relaxation lounge and built-in barbecue are available. Free parking is available in front of the house. Pets are not allowed.
