A part le fait que la chambre (266) par ailleurs parfaite n'est accessible que par un escalier très étroit ( pas d'ascenseur) et peu engageant, qu'une double porte d'accès rend éclairage de la chambre complexe ... le reste était parfait. Totalement inconcevable pour PMR ... et curieux surtout dans établissement de ce standing (4*) que ce ne soit pas spécifié lors reservation.

En effet, notre établissement étant un bâtiment datant du 17è siècle, certains accès sont limités par des marches (spécifié sur notre site internet). Nous avons une chambre accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite avec un ascenseur prévu à cet effet (ce qui est également mentionné sur notre site internet). Pros: Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr gut, hat allerdings auch seinen Preis. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich
Cons: Die Ausstattung des Zimmer ist sehr alt (Teppich als Bodenbelag)! Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Plastikbecher als Zahn Glas geht gar nicht. Das ist mit Sicherheit kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Preis-/ Leistung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Das schlimmste ist die Zufahrt, auch mit Navi fast nicht zu schaffen. Ist man dann endlich angekommen, passt das Auto nicht in die Tiefgarage (max. 1.80 Höhe)

Zentral gelegenes Hetel in Toulouse

Nicht ganz einfach zu finden am Spätnachmittag mit Verkersüberlastung, Einbahnverkehr, Touristen in rauchen Mengen. Aber einmal im Hotel, welche Ruhe!! Und ganz toll, man nimmt das Gepäck zum checkin und der Concierege macht den Rest und parkt de Wagen. Restaurants in rauben Mengen. Toller Aufenthalt

Perfekt stay!

Alles war perfekt. Super sache, sofort wieder. Beim Bett: es fühlte sich an, als würde man in einer Wolke schlafen - super weich & flauschig!
