This hotel was extremely expensive. While the property rooms and common building are clean and the staff is friendly, the beds are uncomfortable, Hotels.com said there was AC and a fitness center, neither are available at the facility so my room was constantly hot. There were a couple bugs in my room. The towels are poor quality. My room was next to housekeeping so it was very loud. The wifi is the worst I've experienced at a hotel, not only could not I not do any work, but I barely could connect to call an Uber to leave. Fortunately there is a very nice McDo across the street that had really good wifi and was just as clean. The breakfast costs extra and leaves a lot to be desired, though I enjoyed the crepes. The TV in my room turn on, but the channels don't work. If there was another hotel in the city with availability, I would have changed. For one of the most expensive hotels I've ever stayed in, the experience was similar to staying in a motel.

Un accueil decevant la personne qui était a laccueil.a dabord terminé sa conversation avec son collÚgue avant de s'intéresser a nous me réclame la totalité du sejour alors quil restait seulement 13.80 de taxes a payer et meme pas dexcuse.quand j'ai demandé lascenseur elle ma repondu que c'était que dans les 3 ou 4etoiles par contre le petit déjeuner à 14.50 e par personne ca dérange pas que ce soit pas un 3/4 etoile foutage de gueule
