The front desk staff were wonderful. Our french is limited and they spoke English very well. They even poured drinks in the afternoon. The rooms were clean, fresh towels and great breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.

In a good central location yet close to the Railway Station, Airport Bus Stop and the Metro, the area around Hotel Les Capitouls boasts a tremendous food market and many varied restaurants, cafes and bars within easy walking distance. The staff, housekeeping and breakfast were all very good indeed, but despite being a fairly recent renovation of a historic building, there were already some signs of wear and tear to the door frames etc. of our superior double room with city view and the bathroom size and lay out fell short of what you would expect in a four star hotel and at that price level. The small balcony was some compensation and we greatly enjoyed our visit to Toulouse.

We had a very friendly, clean, and comfortable stay in Toulouse! We did not eat the breakfast, but the bed was very comfortable, it smelled nice, was close enough to city center and public transit options but on a quieter street. In room nespresso was refreshed daily, the AC worked well, the shower was great. The room was smaller than American rooms of course but adequate!
