We offer this charming 62 m² apartment with wifi for rent in Toulouse, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor of a completely refurbished building, it comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, two bedrooms with dressing rooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A living room with a sitting area, a study area, a central island and a dining area with 4 chairs.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), dressing area and TV

L'Azzurri "I've booked the place for one month stay in February and overall it was a good experience. : well equiped kitchen, nice shower, main bedroom mattress is good quality, nice TV, good quality internet, prompt interventions from Olivier. - : the place is darker than the photos show, if you need an extra set of towels/bed linen you need to pay extra, the heating takes looong time and it's still pretty cold as the floor is ceramic tiles, the 2nd bedroom has a bit of an odor, the agency replies quite slow in English, cleaning was not properly done from the beginning but they fixed it on the way."

L'Azzurri "Die Wohnung ist top (!) in der Ausstattung! Hochwertig renoviert, neues Mobiliar & eine luxuriös ausgestattete Küche! Super sauber, sehr gute Betten/ Matratzen. Die Lage ist zentral, man kommt zu Fuss in 10' ins Stadtzentrum. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war unkompliziert, wir wurden persönlich empfangen. Am ersten Tag funktionierte das Internet nicht, dies wurde auf unsere Reklamation am zweiten Tag behoben. Nur wenige Nachteile: Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, man kann aber die Fenster trotzdem öffnen nachts, da vergittert, es gibt auch Jalousien in den Schlafzimmern. Der Müll wird in einer Tonne direkt vor der Wohnungstür im Hausflur gesammelt, was Gerüche verursacht. (Am zweiten Tag wurde die Tonne für die Müllabfuhr hinaus gestellt, dann war es besser.) Für Autofahrer: Das Parken vor Ort ist teuer. Check in: Wir mussten uns frühzeitig bzgl. der Ankunftszeit genau festlegen, da kein Self Check-in möglich & die Agentur viele Wohnungen vermietet. Danke für den Aufenthalt!"
