L’Ecrin des Arts "Je met seulement deux étoiles car le parking n’est pas du tout à côté du logement (environ 600m à pied), de plus l’accès au parking requiert d’abord de rentrer dans le logement pour récupérer la clé dudit parking, mais le logement est très difficilement accessible en voiture, et on ne peut pas se garer à proximité, ce qui réclame de rester en double file pour récupérer les clés … Comptez donc un bon 30/45 minutes pour garer votre voiture et enfin vous poser dans le logement, idem au départ étant donné qu’il faut relaisser les clés du parking dans l’appartement. L’annonce devrait être plus claire sur ces aspect qui me paraît très important pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, surtout s’il y a des bagages à trimballer. En prenant connaissance des conditions d’accès, j’ai demandé dans l’heure, à l’hôte une annulation sans frais qui a été refusée … c’est leur droit mais je trouve ça limite. En dehors de cela le logement est nickel et très bien aménagé, et bien situé."

Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour l’arrivée autonome mais la boîte à clé était défectueuse, nous avons dû attendre 1h qu’une personne vienne nous ouvrir.. De plus, lors de la réservation il était indiqué que nous pouvions bénéficier du parking de l’appartement. Or il est en réalité à 10min à pied du logement, dans autre résidence. L’entrée du parking demande plusieurs manœuvres et ne peut pas convenir à toutes les voitures. À part cela, l’appartement est bien agencé, lumineux, calme et très bien situé. Il est parfait pour un séjour dans Toulouse. Très proche du centre ville et à proximité du métro toulousain. Idéal pour découvrir la ville ! À part les deux bémols précédemment cités, nous avons apprécié notre séjour."
