Welcome to our charming 23m2 studio located in the great area of La Gloire/Terre Cabade in Toulouse, just a few minutes walk from Matabiau train station and the Canal du Midi.



Our studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, which makes it perfect for couples, small families or close friends. You will also find a small kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking, including a toaster, a microwave and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and we provide towels and basic toiletries.



The apartment is completely renovated and very bright, which makes it comfortable and pleasant to live in. It also has plenty of storage cupboards so you can easily settle in and feel right at home.



You will find many restaurants and bars nearby, as well as shops for your groceries. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes walk away, allowing you to easily get around the city.
