This beautiful, renovated stone house, adjoining the owners' property but completely independent, welcomes you amidst olive groves in the heart of the Lauragais countryside. Ideal for a peaceful stay, it sits on 13 hectares of land: donkeys to accompany you on your holiday, an orchard for lunch in the shade of cherry trees, and private walking paths. Shared swimming pool (10 am - 8 pm) with spa facilities and electric vehicle charging station. You can also enjoy cultural outings to Toulouse (38 km) or Carcassonne (50 km), walks along the Canal du Midi (9 km), and shopping at "Nailloux Village Fashion" (15 minutes away). Revel, with its covered market, boasts one of the most beautiful markets in France, and Lake Saint-Ferréol is 26 km away. Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, dining area, and lounge, WC.
