The fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker), allows you to prepare your meals independently.

A Work and Relaxation Space: With a comfortable bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and practical storage, you'll have all the space you need to organize a stress-free stay. The private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, offers a pleasant setting for enjoying a quiet moment or working in a soothing environment, while overlooking the residence's green spaces.
