Very nice apartment in great location

Our stay was wonderful. We were four, 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 10) and we loved the apartment. Eric was a wonderful host and was very accommodating to our schedule of arrival to the apartment. Everything was in great condition (first rental ever with a nonstick pan that is still nonstick!) and many essentials were available such as coffee, oil, paper towels and anything we needed. I cannot recommend enough. Location is very convenient, close to metro and bus. The street is very quiet yet there are grocery stores and a bakery nearby. If we ever go back to Toulouse we will certainly repeat.

L’appartement est propre et très fonctionnel, la literie confortable. Le bémol pour moi est dans la rédaction de l’annonce qui laisse entendre qu’il y a un parking qui va avec l’appartement, ce n’est pas le cas.

Pequeno apartamento simpático, em zona tranquila. Bem decorado e muito limpo. Excelente para visitar Toulouse a dois! O acolhimento foi 5 estrelas- obrigada Eric! Só foi pena o Jardim Japonês estar fechado!

Un apartamento cómodo aunque algo alejado del Centro

El apartamento está junto al Canal du Midi y a una media hora andando del Centro. También se puede ir en metro y bus. Tiene todo tipo de equipamientos para hacer vida “de casa”, incluso café, azúcar, iinfusiones y aceite. Eric, el propietario, vive en la vivienda contigua y es una persona muy smable y dispuesta a ayudar a los huéspedes.

UN APARTAMENTO IDEAL

Estamos muy contentos de habernos alojado en este apartamento. Es ideal para visitar la ciudad y los alrededores. Es cómodo, tiene todo lo que se necesita como cocina equipada, cafetera, tostador, microondas, vitro, nevera y además el propietario que es super amable te proporciona lo básico (aceite, sal, vinagre, café, té, azúcar...). Mención aparte merece la limpieza. Reconozco que soy exigente en ese aspecto y la verdad es que me quedé sorprendida de lo limpio que estaba todo. (Hay también productos de limpieza para el mantenimiento y hasta el estropajo y la esponja estaban impecables!.) Sin duda repetiremos cuando vayamos a esa zona y lo recomendaremos a amigos y familia.

L'appartement de Mr Bouzigue a participé de façon agréable et très fonctionnelle à notre séjour de 2 jours à Toulouse. Rien a redire au niveau de la propreté et des prestations de ce bien immobilier où nous avons séjourné à quatre. Une adresse que nous conseillons.

Excellent séjour

Un très bel appartement, bien décoré, bien situé (le métro et le centre-ville sont tout proches). La rue est tranquille et nous avons trouvé à y stationner gratuitement et sans crainte. Merci à Éric pour l'accueil chaleureux qu'il nous a réservé.
