Appartement lumineux, très propre fonctionnel et bien situé : proche de l'arrêt du bus, des commerces y compris "bio", des pistes cyclables et à 15mn à pied du centre ville et à 10mn du marché dominical St-Aubin. Vitres anti-bruits efficaces pour étouffer le son d'une avenue très roulante.

Petit appartement très propre, cosy. Annonce conforme, très bonne communication avec l'hote. Très bien pour un couple qui veut venir quelques jours au centre de Toulouse. Accessible à pieds depuis la gare, donc un avantage pour des personnes non véhiculées
