No wifi in the bedroom. No room service. Not allowed to bring food into the hotel even though there’s no room service. No changing table anywhere for a baby. Juice machines at breakfast broken. Rude staff. Not able to put drinks from the bar onto your room.

The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros a night I do expect more!

Très bon accueil réservé à mon petit chien. Le plus incontestablement de l'hôtel est la piscine couverte ! Il y a de nombreux salons dans l'hôtel et les parties communes sont spacieuses. Notre chambre (standard rive droite) était agréable et confortable. De plus l'établissement est bien situé. Point à améliorer, le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.
