We booked two rooms. In one, the previous occupant had been smoking heavily in the room. Not the hotel’s fault, but no-one had fumigated the room, opened the window or made any attempt to rectify (when the room was cleaned it must have been obvious). The guy on front desk was excellent - he tried his best (he sprayed some room freshener when we went out for dinner), but it was foul. Every time you left the room and went back in, you were confronted with the overpowering smell. I was sharing the room with one of my sons so he was exposed to this all night. My wife and other sons were in the other room. The latch was coming off the wall, so it was physically impossible to open the door. The only way to open the door (which the man on front desk did) was to force the room open and unscrew the patch from the wall through th small gap. Apparently it had happened before. So it was known about and not fixed. You know what you get with f1 rooms, but even for them, this was very, very sub-standard

Grossly misrepresented, doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Upon arriving, the Exterior of the hotel is in poor condition. A large broken window, peeling paint everywhere, cigarette butts all over, and unsavory people, that appeared to be permanent residents hanging around downstairs. The breakfast area is not the same as the pictures. Nowhere on Expedia app did it say there was not a private shower or bathroom. The bathrooms were disgusting, dirty, and the shower was moldy. It looked like something from an airline. There is no climate control in the room, no toiletries, nothing. The room was dirty. The bed coverings were also dirty. It was extremely loud in the hall until almost 2 AM. Hotel staff did not speak English, and were not helpful. Paid for breakfast and never received. Ran out of food early. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid this place at all costs !!!

Buena estancia en Tours

Casi todo perfecto, lo único que mejoraría es el tema de las toallas. Cuando estuve en el F1 de Calais, había toallas para uso de los huéspedes, en el F1 de Tours no. Además habría que prestar atención a reponer el jabón de la ducha. Por todo lo demás genial. Estuvimos en el hotel con mi perrita y todo bien, sin problemas.
