The bedding is comfortable. The bed has an excellent quality mattress and is ideal for 2 adults
For your relaxation time, you will take advantage of a 3D smart TV with all the connections to connect your equipment (USB key or multimedia hard drive, game console, etc.)
The TV is hung on a wall mount which allows you to orient it towards the dining area if you wish.
You will also find a small Bluetooth speaker to listen to music from your smartphone or tablet.

Parking is free and easy throughout the neighborhood! All shops are within 5 min walk.
The apartment is ideally located between the Loire and the expensive, near parks
(Prebendés, Strasbourg) and the aquatic center, the sports hall and a main artery, the avenue de grammont.
There are several restaurants nearby, including a crêperie (cocktails) at 5 minutes
Walk. You will find a large convenience store 7 days a week on Gramont Avenue, open all week until midnight! You will also find a Lidl discounter to do your shopping at a lower cost.

Other remarks

You will be 1 hour by TGV from Paris (59 min from ST pierre des corps with shuttles from Tours station every 8 min. Tours / St Pierre is done in 5 min, or a total of 1h05 to return to Paris Montparnasse). There are also direct departures from the Tours station to reach Paris Montparnasse in 1 hour and 14 minutes. If your stay is long enough, you may want to expand your visit perimeter.
