Emplacement très sympa pour découvrir Tours et les environs.

Appartement spacieux et pratique d'accès, disposant d'un emplacement de parking ce qui est très appréciable. Le salon est un peu bruyant côté place (on ne peut pas avoir le beurre et l'argent du beurre !), côté chambres c'est très calme. Proches commerces et restaurants. On peut faire bcp de choses à pied. Je recommande !

L'équipement est plus complet qu'à l'ordinaire et en excellent état. Le parking indispensable est idéalement situé sous l'immeuble et directement accessible par l'ascenseur. Quelques soucis (sièges) signalés et en cours de correction.

Appartement spacieux, bien situé, parking appréciable

Bien situé en plein centre même si on n'est pas dans le vieux Tours (environ 800 mètres), de bons volumes, la partie nuit est séparée ce qui est appréciable, et nous bénéficions du parking ce qui est indispensable. On est au-dessus de bars mais le double vitrage isole bien

L'appartement est clair, spacieux. Les doubles vitrages isolent bien du bruit des bars situés en dessous.
