Friendly staff, except for the young lady working the breakfast Friday morning was rude. The bed was hard, but room was large and clean. Hot tub could have been hotter and pool was cold. Overall a nice stay

Slept over on my way to NYC. Conveniently located right off the highway but really quiet. Clean and comfortable, very good breakfast with plenty of food to choose from. Staff was all welcoming and friendly. Would stay there again.

Improvement needed

The facility can use some upgrades in reference to the rugs! This used to be a top notch hotel! I was very disappointed in it now! Whe did adding railings in a bathroom make the room accessible! I am short and handicapped and unable to get on the bed without a step stool which I purchased

Breakfast hours are 6am to 9am. Very limited food. Someone let their dog piss in the elevator and it took forever to get it cleaned up. Our room also smelled like wet dog.
